Self-serve purchases (Core, Pro, and Elite plans) are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — Stripe handles payment information directly under its own privacy and security practices.

AI-powered services

Some AI LABZ products use artificial intelligence to process and respond to communications on behalf of a customer's business (for example, an AI Receptionist or automated lead follow-up). Where a product processes information on your behalf as part of the service you've purchased, that processing is performed to deliver the service you configured. Interactive demonstrations on this website are scripted illustrations of product behavior and are not connected to a live AI system processing your personal information.
